Information on how to enter this promotion and the promotion prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid. The promotion runs from 12 March 2012 to 5pm on 1 November 2012 and the Prize (defined below) will be drawn at random from the successful entries by the Promoter on 8 November 2012. There are seven prizes, comprising up to NZ$14,000 each (including GST) worth of advertising across Yellow® products, which may or may not include Yellow® Online, Yellow Mobile® and Yellow® Apps, Yellow Local® Online, Finda®, White pages® Online, Yellow Pages®, Yellow® On the Go, White pages®, 018® as well as a personalised Yellow® Website, Yellow® Video and Yellow® Social Media (Facebook) (the "Prize"). To enter, participants must complete the promotion sign-up form on YellowToolbox.co.nz using valid and current information. Participants must be a New Zealand resident over 18 years of age, must be either an owner or an employee of a company incorporated in New Zealand, or operate a business as a sole trader, and must not be an employee (or a member of the immediate family of an employee) of Yellow Pages Group Limited or any of its group companies, or any of its agencies and/or the partners and sponsors associated with this promotion. Participants may only complete one entry per company or business within the Promotion Period to enter into the draw. Each valid entry form submitted will be entered in the prize draw. Any subsequent entry through completion of a subsequent sign-up will be invalid. Should your Yellow customised solution include advertising services for which you have already paid, we will apply an equivalent credit to your Yellow account. If the Prize winner has paid for current Yellow advertising services (for the business that they represent by entering into this promotion) that are the same as the Prize, they will receive a credit in respect of all charges associated with such advertising services, and such advertising services will be classed as 'retired'. The value of the Prize depends on the advertising services the Prize winner has ordered. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The promoter will attempt to contact the winner via the phone number submitted with their promotion form. The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted by phone within 7 days of selection, their prize will be forfeited. In this event, the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, decide to select an alternate winner. Yellow has the right to consider any entry invalid for any reason. All decisions are final and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion at any stage, for any reason. The Promoter is Yellow Pages Group Limited, PO Box 17157, Greenlane, Auckland 1546. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication. Each entrant in the promotion releases the Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, expense cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in connection with his/her participation in the Promotion. The Promoter, their related bodies corporate and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion or the implementation of this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. By participating in the promotion, a winner consents to their name, image, company and or business name, details, logos and such other information as the promoter may reasonably require being used for public relations purposes in connection with this promotion, including (but not limited to) promotion on radio, newspaper, online advertising, billboards, internet sites and database email newsletters. These terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. A participant's personal information may be used by the promoter to conduct the promotion and in accordance with these terms, and the promoter's privacy policy at http://www.ypg.co.nz/termsofbusiness.html.
